The resulting products and functionalities from this distribution agreement fall in line with Paltronics master plan to deliver a complete gaming enterprise portfolio of solutions and services.
OpenHotel Property Management System is a cloud-based hotel management solution that offers property management, channel management, website hosting, online bookings and reporting within a suite. The product is built for small and midsize hotel businesses.
PAL USA, September 2021, announced its latest initiative with OpenHotel, a Las Vegas based provider of leading hotel property management systems (PMS). This alliance will leverage the companies’ respective strengths in point of sale, gaming and property hotel management to provide our operators a more seamless POS and PMS experience within the casino hotel and hospitality enterprises.
To further Pal USA’s long-range strategy, providing a solution that tightly integrates the Pebble suite with OpenHotel’s feature rich cloud-based PMS tools removes yet another layer of friction for the customer and the operator by bringing in a 360 operational view of the patron throughout a casino hotel enterprise.
